| We had our beginning in 1981 with a group of local music enthusiasts, organized to provide an opportunity for professional and amateur singers to get together to sing, learn, and share their love of music. Our members not only represent North Reading, but many communities on the North Shore and in the Merrimack Valley. We enjoy a mutually beneficial relationship with Aldersgate United Methodist Church, which has been our rehearsal space and concert hall for several years. But we are entirely separate from the church organizationally. The Chorale is non-sectarian and performs music from all religious and secular traditions. |
| Throughout the years, NRCC has performed different styles of music and their repertoire grows with every new production. Selections are drawn from many sources: Film Broadway Folk Jazz Blues Classical Traditional Patriotic Religious Holiday Themes Popular tunes both past and present Rehearsal Schedules: Holiday Show - 2nd Monday in September Spring Show - 2nd Monday in January And Every Monday thereafter 7:30 - 9:30 PM at the Aldersgate Church |
